Land Declared Road—209A Innes Road, Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 114(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Required for Public Work and Road to be Stopped—Glenorchy, Queenstown-Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 52, declares the land in the First Schedule be set apart as a local purpose reserve (water intake and pumping station) and vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council;
Pursuant to section 114, declares the land in the Second Schedule be declared road and vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council; and
Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road in the Third Schedule to be stopped and, when stopped, being vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council.
