and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown;

b. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

c. Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown; and

d. Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown, subject, as to the land thirdly described in the Fourth Schedule, to a right to convey electricity in gross in favour of Waipa Networks Limited created by EI9161258.4 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
