Application to Hold, Import and Export Sperm Whale Bone Carving
Pursuant to section 5(5) of the Marine Mammals Protection Act 1978, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, South Westland, Department of Conservation, notifies that he has received a permit application from Jeromy van Riel to hold sperm whale bone and to hold, import and export three whale bone carvings and one whale tooth carving.
