Notice is hereby given that on 27 March 2017 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the companies be liquidated and that William Gavin Johnston be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 18 April 2017 as the day on or before which any creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named entities on 8 March 2017 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 12 May 2016, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
