Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The liquidation commenced on 21 March 2017 at 3.30pm.
