Land Declared Road and Severance—2 Anderson Road, Whakatu, Hastings
District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land
Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall
vest in the Hastings District Council;
b. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken and
shall vest in the Hastings District Council subject to drainage and sewage rights (in gross) easement in
favour of the Hastings District Council over part marked \"AB\" on SO 507741 created by Transfer 66211, the
right to convey gas and petroleum products and construct pipelines (in gross) easement in favour of Powerco
Limited over parts marked \"K\", \"L\", \"M\", \"N\", \"O\", \"P\" and \"Q\" on SO 507741 created by Transfer 634572.1,
the right to convey electric power (in gross) easement in favour of Hawkes Bay Network Limited (now Unison
Network Limited) over parts marked \"I\", \"L\", \"O\", \"S\", \"W\" and \"Y\" on SO 507741 created by Transfer 697749.2
and a right of way easement over parts marked \"N\", \"O\", \"P\", \"R\", \"S\", \"U\" and \"Y\" on SO 507741 created by
Gazette Notice 701358.1
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
