2017 reporting period means the period 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.
minerals means the minerals obtained under a Tier 2 exploration or mining permit for minerals that are listed in column 1 of the table in clause 5 of this notice.
(2) Words used but not defined in this notice have the same meaning as words defined in the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
- Adjusted Royalty Rates
The adjusted royalty rates for the 2017 reporting period are the rates listed in column 3 of the table in clause 5 of this notice.

This notice sets the royalties payable by a holder of a Tier 2 exploration or mining permit for certain minerals for the period 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017 (the 2017 reporting period). The royalties have been calculated and notified in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Crown Minerals (Royalties for Minerals Other than Petroleum) Regulations 2013 (SR 2013/206).
