Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“Act”), the Environmental Protection Authority hereby determines that

Lactobacillus perolens
Lactobacillus diolivorans
Lactobacillus harbinensis

are not new organisms for the purpose of the Act.

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 93.357(b), the following amendments were designated with effect from 30 March 2017:
