Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Heartland Bank Limited (“mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 13 March 2017 it entered into possession of certain goods mortgaged pursuant to security agreements granted by the mortgagor in favour of the mortgagee dated 28 November 2012, 22 April 2013, 13 January 2016 and 10 March 2016 (“security agreements”).

  • 2004 Liebherr PR752 40 Ton Crawler Dozer, Chassis No. 3247628.
  • 2007 Mack Quantum Truck, Registration No. DTB207.
  • 2001 Transfleet TDA Commercial Trailer, Registration No. 4268W.
  • 2003 Hyundai R450LC-7 Excavator.

The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to these goods is 411 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
