Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Oleg Korobov is required to be paid to the Secretary for Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Oleg Korobov.
And that on 6 March 2017, $3000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Oleg Korobov. This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Oleg Korobov to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Oleg Korobov, in respect of an offence for which Oleg Korobov was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Oleg Korobov.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

All claims must be filed on or before Monday 18 September 2017.

Lincoln South Primary School Establishment
Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a Year 1–8 primary school, to be known as Lincoln South Primary School, in Lincoln, Selwyn District.
The school will open for instruction for Year 1–8 students from 2019.

Pyes Pa West School Establishment
Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a Year 1–8 full primary school, to be known initially as Pyes Pa West School, on Kennedy Road, Pyes Pa West, Tauranga.
The school will open for instruction at Years 1–6 in term one, 2019, with Year 7 being introduced in 2020 and Year 8 in 2021.

Officer of the Government of Ross Dependency Appointed

Background:
A. An Order in Council dated 30 July 1923¹ (“order”), made under the British Settlements Act 1887 (UK), appoints the Governor-General of New Zealand to be the Governor of the Ross Dependency (“Governor”) and vests in the Governor certain powers.
B. The order empowers the Governor to make rules and regulations for the peace, order, and good government of the Ross Dependency.
C. Regulations made by the Governor on 14 November 1923² provide that all persons appointed by the Governor may be empowered to do such things as may be necessary or desirable to ensure that the laws in force in the Ross Dependency are duly observed and complied with in every respect, and to do all things necessary or
