Approval of Brake Testing Device

Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of the Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 (“Rule”), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the NZ Transport Agency, I, Samuel David Uprichard, Senior Engineer Light Vehicles, hereby approve the brake testing device specified in the Schedule to this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of light vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements of light-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule.
