Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 8 March 2017 at 10.00am.
