Land Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity—Tongariro Power Scheme, Lake Moawhango, Ruapehu District

Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice, to be set apart for the generation of electricity which shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Māori Freehold Land to be Included in a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby included in the existing Māori Reservation set apart over the land described in the Second Schedule, as published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 June 1985, No. 110, page 2530.
