Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")

On 27 February 2017 at 9.15am, pursuant to section 241 of the Act, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that LASERCLINICS NEWZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton be appointed liquidator.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 3 April 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar the liquidator’s first and final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 3 April 2017.
