Due to changes in land legal descriptions, this notice replaces the prior Schedule in the appointment notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 September 2008, No. 136, page 3615.

Appointment of Board to Control and Manage Scenic Reserves
Pursuant to section 35 of the Reserves Act 1977, I, Maggie Barry, Minister of Conservation, hereby appoint the
Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve Board
to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, as scenic reserves for a term of five years from the date of this notice, expiring on 31 March 2022.
Due to changes in land legal descriptions, this notice replaces the prior Schedule in the appointment notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 April 2009, No. 46, page 1096.
