Revocation of Prohibition of the Prescribing of Class B Controlled Drugs

Pursuant to section 23(3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Dr Stewart Jessamine, Director, Protection Regulation and Assurance, under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby revoke the prohibition on the prescribing of Class B Controlled Drugs by Dr Guy Claude Naden, medical practitioner of Auckland.

Revocation of Notices Under Section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Pursuant to section 24(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Lakes Opioid Treatment Service and medical practitioner issued under this section and dated 30 June 2016 (New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 2016, Issue No. 63, Notice No. 2016-go3935).
