Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of PwC, were appointed joint and several receivers of John Parker Westenra on 1 March 2017 under the terms of a security agreement dated 25 June 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the property charged by the security deed given by John Parker Westenra in the security holder’s favour

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 8 and 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 28 February 2017 at 4.30pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of all of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained within a term loan agreement dated 10 November 2016, such property consisting of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
The receivership ceased on 3 March 2017 at 11.40am after payment of amounts due were received in full, and control of the company subsequently reverted back to the director.
