The liquidator hereby fixes 17 February 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
Notice is given that, on 20 December 2016 at 10.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jason Geoffrey Edwards be appointed as liquidator.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(9) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 15 February 2017 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

On 19 December 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JUDD DOUGAN TEAM ARCHITECTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Graeme Stuart Knobloch and Angela Margaret Robinson, chartered accountants of Napier, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
