Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), to be set apart for use in connection with a road (shared path) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Education Purposes—Nelson City and Marlborough District
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for education purposes, subject to Part 4A of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and subject to and together with all existing encumbrances, easements and interests on all Computer Freehold Registers in the third column of the First and Second Schedules, and excluding coal and other minerals as set out in the fourth column of the First and Second Schedules, and shall vest in the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology.
