Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 22 December 2016 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Neil Raymond Clark under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 30 July 2013 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property and all personal property of Neil Raymond Clark, including that in which he has rights, whether now or in the future, except for any goods that are used or acquired for use solely for personal, domestic or household purposes.
