Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of Ngā Paerangi Whānau.

Road Realignment—Blackjack Road, Opito Bay, Thames-Coromandel District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council;

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
i. the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 697247;
ii. the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 128476;
iii. the area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 697245;
iv. the area described in the Fifth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 542859;
v. the area described in the Sixth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 542860; and
vi. the area described in the Seventh Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 681799
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
