Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (Notice No. MPI 727)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 16 February 2017 of the Animal Products Notice: Dairy Recognised Agencies and Persons Specifications, which comes into force on 23 February 2017.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge at, or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.

The notice can also be viewed on the MPI food safety website: www.foodsafety.govt.nz.

Acting District Court Judge Appointed

Pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

Sir David James Carruthers, KNZM, retired District Court Judge

to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix, pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, for a term commencing on 16 February 2017 and expiring on 31 December 2017.

Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Combined Board of Trustees

Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I hereby revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Senior School (97), Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Middle School (1217) and Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Junior School (1251) Combined Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 December 2015, Issue No. 141, Notice No. 2015-go7465).

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
