Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Board

Section 26(4) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the trust board ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

With this publication such trust is revived from the date of its dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
