Thomas Lee Rodewald and Campbell Brown Graham, chartered accountants of Tauranga, with reference to Beverly Ann Hancox, hereby give notice that, on 9 February 2017, Asset Finance Limited appointed them as receivers and managers of the property of Beverly Ann Hancox under the powers contained in an instrument dated 22 June 2016. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired property.
Notice is hereby given that, as from 10 February 2017, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Campbell Brown Graham have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of Beverly Ann Hancox.
