On 17 February 2017, the directors of KENSINGTON PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED resolved that the above-named company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts.
Notice is hereby given that, on 17 February 2017 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that KENSINGTON PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
