NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 15 — 16 FEBRUARY 2017
for Park and Ride Facility—1 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Silverdale, Auckland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
-
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council; and
-
Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped Government road and further, pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, it is hereby acquired for a park and ride facility and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991,
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Motorway Purposes—Christchurch Southern Motorway, Selwyn District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for motorway purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
