Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of A1 ELITE BUILDERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 3 February 2017 at 10.59am.
The liquidators have fixed 10 March 2017 as the last day for creditors to lodge claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
