Revocation and Replacement of a Notice—Classification of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error in the notice described subsequently, the Permissions and Statutory Land Manager, Hokitika Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, revokes the notice titled "Classification of Scenic Reserve", dated 17 October 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
26 January 2017, Issue No. 8, Notice No. 2017ln288, and issues the following notice in its place.
Classification of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions and Statutory Land Manager, Hokitika Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act.
