Revocation of New Plymouth Airport as a Place of First Arrival (Notice No. MPI 711)

Under section 37B of the Biosecurity Act 1993, being satisfied that the provisions of section 37(1) of the Act are no longer being met, I revoke the approval (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 March 2009, No. 35, page 938) of the New Plymouth Airport as a place of first arrival for craft or cargo.
