Land Acquired for Stormwater Management Purposes—16 Hillcrest Avenue, Hillcrest, Auckland

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stormwater management purposes and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Wainui Road, Wainui, Whakatane District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Christine Anderson, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Whakatane District Council; and

b. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 197969 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
