Notification of Commerce Commission’s Draft Telecommunications Development Levy Liability Allocation Determination for the Period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017

On 26 October 2017, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017.

A copy of the draft determination is available on the Commission’s website: www.comcom.govt.nz/regulated-industries/telecommunications/industry-levy-and-service-obligations/telecommunications-development-levytdl/201617-tdl-liability-allocation-determination.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 9 November 2017 at 5.00pm.
