Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
On 17 October 2017 at 9.00am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the above-named company be liquidated and Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason-Thomas, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 20 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
