Pursuant to Sections 239ADW(1)(b) and 239AO(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
We, John Howard Ross Fisk and Richard Michael Longman, chartered accountants of Wellington, hereby give notice that we were appointed joint and several administrators of the company pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 on 11 October 2017.
We also hereby give notice that a first meeting of the creditors of the company will be held on Tuesday 24 October 2017 at 3.00pm at PwC, Level 16, 113–119 The Terrace, Wellington. Creditors should arrive 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting to facilitate registration procedures.
The purpose of the first creditors’ meeting is to decide:
- whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
- whether to replace the administrators.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 3 October 2017 at 12.15pm, appointed Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 14 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
