Notice is given that, by way of special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of CCEMR LIMITED on 16 October 2017 at 10.00am.
I fix Friday 10 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made. Failure to establish such priority will exclude a creditor from objecting to any distribution made before such priority is established.
