Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)— Wairere Drive, Te Rapa Road Intersection, Hamilton
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Recommendation That Māori Freehold Land be Included in a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the Māori reservation known as Te Ariuru Marae constituted by a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 1997, No. 32, page 792, and expanded to include further land by a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 July 2006, No. 78, page 2461, for the purpose of a marae, urupā and Tauranga waka for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Aotawarirangi.
