Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
Notice is hereby given that, on 12 October 2017 at 6.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that ABS BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 20 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of ABSOLUTE QUALITY ASBESTOS REMOVALS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington on 10 October 2017 at 10.25am.
17 November 2017 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge claims and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
