Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I intend to remove the following companies from the Register, under section 318(1)(aaa) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies do not comply with section 10 of the Act.

EVERGUARD SPECIALTY PLASTICS LIMITED.
JESUS (2016) COMPANY LIMITED.
SMH APME LIMITED.
SMH PRODUCTS NZ LIMITED.
SMH TRAINING & SCIENTIFIC SERVICES NZ LIMITED.
UNIVERSAL HOLISTIC HEALTH LIMITED.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of the above-named companies is delivered to the Registrar by 17 November 2017 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Register.

Pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 (“Act”), I, Charles Ronaldson, General Manager, Customer Design and Delivery, NZ Transport Agency, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, make the following notice.

Notice

Title—This notice is the Authorised Access to the Motor Vehicle Register (Financial Service Providers – Standard Terms) Notice (No. 2) 2017.
Commencement—This notice comes into force on 1 November 2017.
Access to names and addresses held on the Motor Vehicle Register—A Registered Financial Services Provider who has been authorised to access the Motor Vehicle Register may access names and addresses of persons:
- who are currently registered in respect of a motor vehicle(s); and
- who have not instructed the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to withhold their details
for the purposes specified in paragraph 4, subject to the conditions in paragraph 6.
