Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of JOGA HORTICULTURAL SERVICES 2014 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga on 18 September 2017 at 10.17am.

6 November 2017 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge claims and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 9 October 2017 at 9.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that BOOST GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 3 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
