Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road together with the right of way easement created by Court Orders 2181 and 2877 and the easements specified in Easement Certificate B817387.9 and subject to Consent Notice B817387.6 and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
