Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Christine Anderson, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Auckland Council;

b. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Crown; and

The General Assembly Library (on the right) was completed in 1899 and survived the 1907 fire. Now the oldest remaining original Parliament building, still used as the Parliamentary Library.
