By an order of the High Court, dated 6 October 2017, the company was placed into liquidation and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
