Notice is hereby given that, on 4 October 2017 at 10.45am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PLATEAU MACH 2 LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 1 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators of FIRST LIGHT MUSHROOM COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the resolution of the shareholder on 4 October 2017 at 8.00pm.
