Pursuant to section 186H(2) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Manager Customary Fisheries and Spatial Allocations, Ministry for Primary Industries (acting under authority delegated to him by the Director-General of the Ministry for Primary Industries), gives the following notice:

An aquaculture decision has been made for Resource Consent U150178, Four Fathom Bay, Pelorus Sound – Marlborough Aquaculture Limited.
A copy of this decision may be obtained from the Aquaculture pages at www.mpi.govt.nz/growing-and-producing/fish-and-shellfish/aquaculture or by emailing UAE@mpi.govt.nz.

Tariff Concession Approvals, Withdrawals and Declines Notice (No. 37) 2017

I, Lance Turnbull, Customs Technical Specialist, Revenue and Assurance, New Zealand Customs Service, acting pursuant to section 8 of the Tariff Act 1988 under delegated authority, hereby:

a. in accordance with Part II of the Tariff, approve in respect of the entry of goods listed in the First Schedule to this notice the rates of duty or exemptions from duty specified in that Schedule with effect from the first day of the month so specified; and

b. withdraw with effect 14 days from the date of this notice, or otherwise at the date so specified, the approvals granted in respect of the entry of goods listed in the Third Schedule to this notice.
