Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 September 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Jin Luo in respect of Lighthouse@Home-W2 (46718), situated at B1, 34 Triton Drive, Rosedale, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
