In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 ("Act"), and in the matter of a mortgage over goods dated 8 March 2016 ("security agreement") over the mortgaged goods described below:

Heartland Bank Limited (Company No.: 4255999), the mortgagee under the security agreement, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below with effect from 25 September 2017.
Description of Mortgaged Goods
Various goods used for the purpose of a bicycle retailer business, including all accessories associated with that business, falling within the definition of personal property of Biciclette Limited under the security agreement.
