Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that Maurice George Noone has resigned from the office of receiver and manager of the companies
with effect from 30 September 2017.
And take notice that the secured parties have exercised their powers to appoint a replacement receiver and
manager of the companies.
The secured parties have appointed John Howard Ross Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand
Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), to be a joint and several receiver and manager of all of the assets and
undertakings of the companies from 30 September 2017. The appointment of John Howard Ross Fisk is in addition
to the existing and continuing appointment of Malcolm Grant Hollis and is in place of the appointment of Maurice
George Noone who has, as above, vacated office as receiver and manager of the companies.
