Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the
company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be,
from objecting to the distribution.

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of
the Act, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act will be sent to the Registrar
after 22 working days from the date of this notice. Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must
be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
