Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 September 2017 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into voluntary liquidation and that Belinda Canton and Paul Rickerby, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on 22 September 2017.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators we fix 24 October 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
