Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 25 September 2017 at 12.15pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NOSH GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 29 October 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEW ZEALAND YOUTH FITNESS SYSTEMS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 September 2017 at 11.59am.
