Road Realignment—State Highway 2, Papatawa, Woodville, Tararua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the First Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Crown; and

b. Pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), declares the portions of stopped road described in the Second Schedule to this notice are amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBA4/1140, subject to Mortgage 7768660.2, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
